Establishing a Handicap

New shooters must establish a “Handicap” prior to shooting the match. You need only to shoot this one time as you can make adjustments to the Handicap score as necessary in following matches.

This is done by shooting 25 rounds at a match target at the specific distances (5 shots at each distance)  prior to the match.

You can also print the Tuesday Night Practice Target, take it to the range and calculate a handicap yourself. Your handicap is 250 minus your target’s score. The maximum handicap is 100.

If there are too many shots in your target, the best shots don’t get counted.

If you are only shooting side matches there is an additional $3 range fee.

Anyone caught sandbagging or cheating will be disqualified, forfeit their entry fee and be banned from future matches.
